1.  Identifying each digital touchpoint and evaluate the interaction

Digital Touch Points are the entry points, your leads or customers find you from any of the search engines, social media and other online platforms. What appears in the snippet when leads search for your brand name or your top keywords or industry category? 

2.    Set best practices to improve the interaction in the existing points

Let’s say your conversion page has a high bounce rate. Your web analytics can show this. Obviously, you would prefer your landing page have a high conversion rate. so step back and think about what may not be working right. We will be co-creating the website from a marketing perspective. 

3.      Make those improvements

Tweak your landing page using one idea from the list you brainstormed.  For example, change the wording on your CTA button. 

4.     Measure effectiveness

After a couple of weeks, check the bounce rate. Has it decreased? 

5.      Celebrate your win or try another fix

If the data is in line with best practices, celebrate! If things aren’t where you want them, try another fix.
